Out of the blue I decided to dedicate myself to what I have always loved to do, cooking .

I have thus created a business that inspires me every day, where what I do is satisfying for me and enriching for others.

Inspired by the enthusiasm that my grandmother passed on to me for cooking , I chose to offer my guests dishes that tell the story of Italy and its raw materials .

I love traveling.

I took the opportunity and also gained experience in America , where I was able to convey the style and vision of my home cooking .
